About Our Services:

Our community and home based services are completed between the hours of 7:30 am and 6 pm in Ada County (Boise, Meridian, Garden City and Eagle) and Canyon County (Kuna, Caldwell, Star and Middleton) Sunday through Saturday. Sessions are completed in home and other community locations such as: stores (grocery, clothing, hobby etc.), libraries, parks, museums, nature centers, community centers (YMCA) and other community settings. Services are provided to children/young people (ages 3-21) and families who meet Medicaid eligibility requirements found on the Idaho Medicaid/Department of Health and Welfare website.

Behavior intervention Services: Our team aims to promote adaptive behaviors, improve social skills, enhance communication, and increase overall quality of life for individuals who may struggle with challenging behaviors. Implementing the participant’s programs by utilizing various interventions, such as positive reinforcement, teaching alternative behaviors, modifying environments, and providing skill-building opportunities.
Creating Assessment and Clinical Treatment Plans: Conducting thorough evaluations to understand the individual’s behavior patterns, triggers, and environmental factors contributing to the behavior. Developing intervention plans that outline specific strategies, techniques, and goals to address the challenging behaviors effectively. Involving family members, caregivers, educators, and other professionals in the implementation of program intervention plans, ensuring consistency and support across different settings.
